Meeting Plan for the Marais Walking Tour

We meet at the corner of rue de la Roquette and Place de la Bastille. The exact address is #2 rue de la Roquette, which is an 18th-century arched gate that leads into an alley named "Passage du Cheval Blanc". This title is written over the arch. We meet at these gates, looking out into the Bastille. If you take the metro, get off at Bastille and take the "rue de la Roquette" exit. When you exit the metro, a large café with brown awnings will be at your left. You will be just across the street from the Passage du Cheval Blanc, which is next door to Kilty's Irish Bar (with green awnings).
