An Eye for Detail Photography Contest
We are pleased to launch our first An Eye for Detail Photography Contest.
Paris Muse docents help visitors focus on those easily-missed details in a work of art that open up a world of meaning. Now we'd like to hear from you, about the details that caught your attention. We invite you to send us your favorite Paris photographs of a detail from an art object or architectural interior that captured your imagination in a museum.
Send us your best and most interesting photograph taken inside any Paris museum: the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, Musée Rodin, etc. The top five photographs will be published on our site in the spring, and the winner will receive a free Paris Muse tour. Details on how to enter the contest are below:
1. Email your photograph to Rachel@parismuse.com with the subject heading Photo Contest.
2. Along with your photo, please include your name, your mailing address, and the date the photo was taken.
3. Include as many details for the artwork as you can: museum, artist and title. Tell us a little about why it struck your fancy.
4. Make sure the image you send is a jpeg file and at least 500kb in size but not larger that 1.5mb.
5. The deadline for submissions is March 1.
6. The top 5 photographs will be featured on our website.
7. Top prize will be a 2.5 hour tour, of your choice, with a Paris Muse guide for 2 people. Reservations will be subject to guide availability.
We look forward to seeing your Eye for Detail.
