Paris Muse :: Meeting Plan for Musée du Quai Branly

The main entrance to the Branly museum is at 37, quai de Branly. This is marked No. 2 on the enclosed map. Once you have entered through the glass wall of the museum's front gate, look for the red path marked on the walkway. Follow the red path through the garden, until you are underneath the raised part of the building.

Your guide Wonu will meet you at the only white pillar, supporting this main section near its center. The pillar is next to the red path.

Do not wait in line for tickets (the line will be forming to the right of the pillar). Your guide will have purchased your tickets for you.

If you happen to approach the museum from the other side, from 206, rue de l'Université, follow the red path as well. It will lead you the white pillar.

If you are traveling by métro:
The nearest stop is Alma-Marceau on line 9. When exiting the station, look for the signs indicating "Sortie no. 2, Pont de l'Alma." When you exit the station, look for a golden torch sculpture. Cross the street in that direction. Cross the Seine river over the bridge Pont d'Alma. After the bridge, cross the street, and take a right onto the quai Branly. Head towards the direction of the Eiffel Tower. The museum entrance will be on your left, at 37, quai Branly.

Bus: Line 42, Eiffel Tower Stop; lines 63, 80, 92, Bosquet-Rapp stop; line 72, Musée d'art moderne-Palais Tokyo stop.
